“The NPF has been engaged and on the ground, supporting all the Members involved in the use of force incident in Whistler on March 8, 2020. Our thoughts are with those involved and their families. Our Members have been treated and released with minor injuries.
The involved members have met with investigators from the Independent Investigations Office of BC. The NPF welcomes the investigation into these events specifically as well as recognizing the importance of civilian oversight.“
